Quoted in writing, agreed before we start
No two sets of books are the same, so we price the work rather than sell a package. You see the scope and the fee together, and nothing begins until you have agreed to both.
Four things decide what your work costs
Tell us where you stand on each of these and we can put a figure in front of you.
Which services you need
Bookkeeping on its own is a different engagement to bookkeeping, payroll and reporting together.
Size and transaction volume
How much moves through the business each month is the biggest single driver of the ongoing work.
Employees on payroll
Payroll is priced on headcount, since every employee carries its own calculations and submissions.
How current your records are
Books that are behind need bringing up to date first. That is quoted separately from the ongoing work.
A quote that covers the whole engagement
Whichever services you take, the quote states the scope and the fee for it in writing. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is done, so you never receive an invoice for a number you have not already seen.

The questions we get asked most
If yours is not here, the assistant in the corner will answer it, or call us directly.
Send us the details and we will quote
What you need handled, roughly how big the business is, how many people are on payroll and how current your records are. That is enough to put a figure to it.
